He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Sue Perry, Joyce Faye Belcher and Charles Edward Perry. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Annie E. Young Cemetery (4907 Chloe Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
