She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lake and Gladys Lake; and her sister Tina Ruth Lake. She is survived by: her brother Patrick Lake (Doris) of Henderson, KY; and her sibling's children, Erin Beth Stoll and Patrick Ryan Lake. She is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
