She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudy (Myrtle "Dottie" Cavanah) and Jesus; her stepfather Dub Oldham; her son David Dodson; her husband Robert Calvert; her brothers, Everett Cavanah and Bill Cavanah; and her great grandchild Griffin Risley.
She is survived by: her sons, John Dodson (Karen) of Henderson, Eddie Dodson (Julie) of Henderson and Collin Calvert (Sarah) of Vine Grove. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
