She was predeceased by: her parents, Columbus Embry and Elizabeth Bowen (Billy Joe Frisby); her siblings, Columbus (Embry), Pat Lay and Shirley Duncan; and her grandson Richard Cummings.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Carter of Henderson, KY, Vickie Honaker (Curtis) of Henderson, KY and Sandy Caverly (Tom) of Redbud, IL; and her siblings, Jerry Embry of Louisville, KY, Barbara Benner of Ohio and Judy Lindsey (Charles) of Hartford, KY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
