He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl Duckworth and Ruth Louise Moseley Duckworth; and his mother-in-law Ernestine Christian. He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his children, Robby Duckworth (Ashley) of Henderson, Brandy Brown (Bryan) of Newburgh and Lisa Ross (Chad) of Henderson, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Chelsie, Shelby, Garrett, Hadleigh, Jacob, Jayce, Lexi and Zach; his great grandchild Wyatt "Mister"; and his siblings, Jerry Duckworth (Linda), Nancy Sauer (Rick), Kathy Dixon and Ron Duckworth (Mila). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
