She was predeceased by: her parents, W. O. McCoy and Nannie Pauline McCoy; and her husband Roy Sherman Frederick. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Alan Frederick (Catherine) of Dixon, KY and Brent Edward Frederick of Somerset, KY.
