He is survived by: his close friend Stacey Moore of Evansville, Indiana; his father Larry Simon of Henderson, Kentucky; his daughter Sydney Simon (Cody Nelson) of Evansville, Indiana; his siblings, Ellen Farmer (John) of Henderson, Kentucky, Dr. Paul Simon of Louisville, Kentucky and Suzy Fink (Joel) of Glenview, Illinois; his nieces and nephews, Lindsey, Charlie, Jason Fink, Jacob and Natalie Farmer; and his grandchildren, Genevieve and Mateo.
