He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Mae and Charles "Dutch" Herzog of Henderson; his siblings, Betty Karen Jung and Kenneth "Dutch" Herzog; and his niece Karen Jung Kemp.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Brackett Herzog; and his sons, Chris Herzog (Lisa) of Evansville and Adam Herzog of Henderson, Kentucky. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
