Chester Ervin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Ervin of Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Ervin Sr. and Fern Iona Ervin (Howard); his siblings, Sondra Ervin and Robert Wayne Ervin of Henderson; and his parents-in-law, Henry Lamb and Evelyn Lamb (Darby) of Artesia.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Ervin (Lamb); his children, Kimberly Bullock (Mike) of Henderson, Jeffrey Wayne Ervin (Lisa) of Henderson, Suzanne Bowling (Mark) of Henderson, Brandon Murch (Carol) of Henderson and Jaime Mattingly of Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Ervin of Evansville, Bill Lamb (Anna Marie) and Cynthia Davis (Eddie) of New Mexico. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
