He is survived by: his wife Alice Roberson Langston; his daughter Laura Johnson (Charles); his grandchildren, Brenton Langston (Molly), Spencer Johnson and Kelsey Minton (Alex); his stepgranddaughter Elizabeth Ernspiker (Eric); his stepgreat-grandsons, Noah Van Dolah and Wickliffe Van Dolah; and his great grandchild Theadora Langston.
