He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton "C. K." Parker and Dorothy Parker; and his wife Veronica Vazquez Ayala. He is survived by: his sister Valerie Parker Howard of Henderson, KY; and his niece Jessica Howard. He is also survived by friends and cousins.
