She is survived by: her mother AnnaMae Woodard; her siblings, Terri Woodard of Henderson and Rodney Woodard (Michelle) of Louisville; her children, Lorie Christensen (Maxwell) of Indianapolis and Robert Jackson of Henderson; and her granddaughter Shelby Keeling of Louisville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
