She is survived by: her children, Kathrine Elizabeth Johnson of Henderson, KY, Michelle Dawn Duncan of Calhoun, KY and Damien Romel Johnson (Crystal) of Corydon, KY; and her sisters, Nancy Toombs of Henderson, KY and Sharon Duncan of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 8 nieces and nephews, and 9 great-nieces and nephews.
