He was predeceased by: his parents, Flavus Harrell and Lorene Harrell; his wife Frances Harrell; his siblings, Juanita Jones, Nona Zeni and Gaylon Harrell; and his great grandchild Stetson Rhett Meyer.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Harrell (Vicki) of Calvert City, KY and Cathy Kinney (Martin) of Louisville, KY; his stepdaughters, Roxie Sellars (Steve) of Henderson, KY and Paula Wallace (John) of Melbourne, FL; his grandchildren, Jacob Harrell (Ainsley) of Boston, MA and Jordan Meyer (Tom) of Placerville, CA; and his stepgrandchildren, Chad Sellars (Beverly) of Henderson, KY., Stephanie Sellars of Henderson, KY., Christopher Sellars (Jenny) of Henderson, KY., Zachary Payne of Henderson, KY., Travis Roe of Henderson, KY. and Tori Phillips of Henderson, KY.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
