He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Wayne and Barbara "Ace" Talley; and his brother-in-law Eddie Madden. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Schriefer Russelburg; his siblings, Darrell Talley (Deana), Danny Talley (Angela) and Donna Madden; and his children, Rachel Talley, Derek Talley, Aaron Talley (Whitney), Sam Talley (Jennifer), Chris Russelburg and Chelsea Russelburg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thomason Barbeque Banquet Hall in Henderson, Kentucky (702 Atkinson St, Henderson, KY 42420).
