He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ford and Helen Cates Ford; and his grandson Ford Kjell Stuen. He is survived by: his wife Pat Ford of Henderson; his children, Leslie Stuen (Tore) of Henderson and Travis Ford (Heather) of St. Louis, MO; his brother David Warren Ford (Jerrie) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Brooks Cambron Ford, Kyleigh Miles Ford, Shane Edward Ford and Torunn Lee Johnson (Clint); his granddaughter-in-law Courtney Stuen; and his great grandchildren, Stuen Lee Johnson, Penn Ford Stuen and Haven James Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home (2285 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
