We are sad to announce that, on July 14, 2025, at the age of 92, Franklin Lloyd Sawyer of Henderson, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sawyer and Rubenia Sawyer; his wife Bettye Sawyer; and his siblings, Bobby Sawyer, Starling Sawyer, Martha Dean and Sue Gayle.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Smith (Jerry) of Henderson, KY, Lloyd D. Sawyer of Fishers, IN and Brent Sawyer (Amy) of Owensboro, KY; and his brother Silas Sawyer of Hebbardsville, KY. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
