He is survived by: his wife Ann Vandiver; his children, Jeff Vandiver of Bloomington, IN, Greg Vandiver of Henderson, KY and Amy Phillips (Brick) of Henderson, KY; and his grandchildren, Julianna Vandiver (Matt), Zackary Vandiver (Samantha), David Vandiver (Mia), Kathryn Musgrove (Dylan), Chloe Fulkerson (Austin), Paige Black (Landon), Alex Vandiver, Grace Vandiver, Madison Vandiver and Brock Phillips. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
