He is survived by: his wife Kim Mayo (Westerman); his children, Misty Hartmire (Brandon) and Dustin Mayo (Candace); his grandchildren, Grayson Mayo, Marleigh Mayo, Atlas Mayo, Dustin Trent, Natalie Tabor, Kade Tabor, Arabella Tabor and Asher Hess; and his sisters, Carolyn Ayers and Eve Barr.
