He was predeceased by: his wife Etta Mae. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda McVay (James) of Diamond, KY and Georgia Perdue of Diamond, KY; his sister Nellie Whitledge of Paducah, KY; and his grandsons, Michael, Jason Purdue of Tonya Miller, J. C., Adam and Heath McVay. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
