She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Greer and Frederick Greer; and her daughter Tawanna Thomas (Gloria). She is survived by: her husband Sis; her aunt Jean; her children, LaDreanna Chambers (Marshall), Henderson, Theodore Jr. Thomas (Akwa), Tonya Hayes (Anthony), Rebekah Cook (Jackie), Carla Cawthon (Steven), Darlene Prather, Steven Thomas (Laura), Edward Thomas and Shonna Thomas; her caregiver Callie Vanderpool; and her great great grandchildren, Edith Hall and Joyce Williams (Sam). She is also survived by 20 Grandchildren and their spouses, 6 Bonus grandchildren, and their spouses, 23 Great-grandchildren and their spouses, 22 bonus great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Abundant Life Assembly of God (5540 US 41A, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at the Thomas Family Cemetery.
