He is survived by: his children, Kelly Marshall of Utica, KY, Nicholas Marshall (Melonie) of Jeffersonville, IN., Chad Marshall (Sara) and Jermaine Marshall of Evansville, IN.; and his siblings, Linda Dixon of Madisonville, KY, Cecil Clay of Evansville, IN, Roy Clay of Evansville, IN and Marvin Clay (Charlotte) of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by many grandchildren, one great granddaughter, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
