He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Owen and Gladys Owen; his brother Billy Owen; and his great grandchild KeVeonta'Ta'Lee. He is survived by: his wife Delores Owen; his daughters, Sharon Ward (Bill) and Regina Miracle (Brandy); his sister Sandy James; his grandchildren, Nick Lee (Chanda) and Shannon Lee (Michael); his great grandchildren, Cyanna Lee, Xavier Lee and Kyleen Clay; and his great great grandchild KeVeonta Clay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tomblinson Funeral Homes (325 1st St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
