He is survived by: his wife Pat Ligon; his children, Susan Spainhoward (David) of Spottsville, KY and Brian Ligon (Lisa) of Reed, KY; his sisters, Wanda Skaggs of Spottsville, KY and Linda "Susie" Bryant of Owensboro, KY; his grandchildren, Mark Spainhoward (Brandy), Cari Chrostowski (Chris) and Callie Hope (Matt); his great grandchildren, Sydney, Bentley Spainhoward, Cecelia Chrostowski, Lexi, Ian and Landon Hope; his stepgrandsons, Michael and Matt Scherretz; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cameron, Sophia and Carter Scherretz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
