He is survived by: his wife Denise Clark; his children, Jackson Clark of Lexington, KY and Jordan Clark of Evansville; his stepchildren, Thane LaCaze (Hannah) of Henderson and Taylor Douglas (Sarah) of Henderson; and his sisters, Judy Branson of Henderson and Jan Hays (Claude) of Henderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
