James Elvis Stanley Obituary

We announce the death of James Elvis Stanley of Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on June 19, 2026, at the age of 62. James Elvis will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Calvin Stanley and Gloria June Sutton; his son James Bradley Stanley; and his brother George Calvin Stanley Jr. James. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Stanley; his children, Amanda Barnes of Morganfield, Tabatha Workman (Bob) of Morganfield, Dustin Chernay of Henderson and Jeana Stanley of Henderson; his siblings, Dana Nelson, Lisa Ahmadi, Garland Ray Stanley (Diane) of Henderson, Keith Stanley (Melody) of Henderson and John Stanley (Lisa) of Henderson; his grandchildren, Logan Duncan, Haylee Stanley, Brianna Fuller (Jordan), Austin Workman, Tanner Workman, Brody Workman, Gage Workman, Harmony Northington, Malayah Tharp and Franklin Northington; and his great grandchildren, Izabelle Fuller and Kingston Workman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
