He was predeceased by: his parents, James Maddox and Ruby Maddox; his brother Jeff Maddox; and his stepson Preston Mills. He is survived by: his daughter Ashlie Maddox Miller (Michael); his siblings, Nancy Maddox and Timmy Maddox; and his grandson Kaleb Reece Mills. He is also survived by many other family members, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Rockstile Creek Church (508 US-41 ALT, Providence, KY 42450). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
