She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Maish. She is survived by: her children, Sherri Hogg-Hazelwood (Carey) and David Maish (Lisa); her siblings, Diana Neitzke Garbers (Mike) of Vincennes, IN, Dick Neitzke (Dot) of Salem, IN and Dean Neitzke (Lynn) of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Jackson Hogg, Bo David Hazelwood and Grace Maish. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
