She was predeceased by: her parents, Osborne Fowler and Myrtle Fowler (Duckworth); and her husband Donald Parks. She is survived by: her children, Vivian Taylor (James) and Michael Parks (Michelle); her brother Osborne Fowler Jr. (Barbara); her grandchildren, Natalie Reynolds (Matt), Laura Scott, Seth Taylor (Lea) and Tyler Beeler; and her nephew Matt Fowler. She is also survived by her eight great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Hospice.
