He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Jean Perry; and his pet Pongo Perry. He is survived by: his wife April Perry; his children, Jake Perry and Abbie Perry; his father Gene Perry; and his pet Perdita Perry.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Operation BBQ Relief, an organization that provides freshly prepared meals to communities affected by natural disasters and other crises, a cause that reflects Jason's love of barbecue and serving others.
