She was predeceased by: her brothers, Rick Perkins of Evansville, IN and Bobby Perkins of Evansville, IN; and her niece Brittany Jo Perkins of Florida. She is survived by: her son Joshua Slaughter of Evansville, IN; her mother Jenny Perkins; her brother Troy Perkins; her aunts, Judy Richmond and Debbie Blackwell; and her close friend Eric Egan. She is also survived by her dog "Petey"; cousins; nieces and nephews.
