He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Bryan Glenn Green (Stephanie) of Niagara, Kentucky; his siblings, Peggy Watkins (David) of Henderson, Kentucky and Timothy Green (Judy) of Henderson, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Lillian Green, Elijah Green and Levi Green. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
