He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Loney and Leola Loney (Morris); his daughter Sissy Duncan; his grandson James Ray Page; and his siblings, Joe Loney, Roy Loney, Gracie Reynolds and Mary Ann Loney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Parrish (Leland Farley), Diane Loney (Marrisa Book) and Lisa Gilbert (Daniel). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
