He is survived by: his daughter Johna McLevain (Colton) of Henderson, KY; his stepdaughter Lindsay Fuchs (Ed) of Henderson, KY; his father Carl Leon McLevain of Hebbardsville, KY; his siblings, Ginger Waddle of Henderson, KY, Annie Goben of Hebbardsville, KY, David McLevain (Angie) of Hebbardsville, KY, Tim McLevain of Henderson, KY and Carl McLevain (Angie) of Marion, KY; his grandchildren, Collins, Colson, Skylar, Maddie and Alix; and his great grandchild Easton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
