He is survived by: his wife Ellen Jeffrey (Ellie); his children, Richard West (Cat), Dena Lacer, Bradley Orr, Delbert Orr (Tawnya) and Johnnie Orr (Lorissa); and his brothers, Ronald (Dee) and Robert Jeffrey. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
