He is survived by: his wife Glinda West; his children, David West of Calvert City, Jeff West of Lexington and Jonna Jackson of Lexington; his stepdaughter Dusti Benson of Henderson; his grandchildren, Kacie Wolf, Megan Forte, Kyle West, Matthew Jackson, Breana Turner, Cassie Grillon, Shelby Benson and Corey Benson; his great grandchildren, Madison Vaughn, Turner Mattingly, Hayden, Alaya Forte, Emerson Turner and Rory West; and his great great grandchild Trenton Vaughn.
