He was predeceased by: his mother Debbie Mills; and his aunts and uncles, Preston Corbett, Gerald Mills, Betty Mattingly and Virginia Miller.
He is survived by: his fiancé Brandie Workins; his father Joe Mills (Rita); his children, Dakota Mills and Katie Mills; his granddaughter Olive of Henderson, KY; his sister Tammy Mills of Louisville, KY; his half-brother Brandon Brack; his stepbrother Matt Brooks of Henderson, KY; his uncle James Mills (Rita) of Henderson, KY; and his aunts, Shawn Corbett and Mary Jo Faught. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
