She was predeceased by: her parents, James Powell and Sue Powell. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Parsley; her brother Steve Powell; and her mothers-in-law, Cleda Parsley (Keith), Donna Parsley, Kathi Hitch (Kirby), Karen Dennis (Roger) and Kristi Metz. She is also survived by first cousins who were more like siblings, and countless nieces and nephews.
