He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Tittle and Dorothy Tittle; his wife Brenda Tittle; his niece Kelsey Heldenbrand; and his brother-in-law Wayne Collier.
He is survived by: his children, Deric Tittle (Kerry) of Mattoon, IL and Leah Williams (JaVon) of Centralia, IL; his sisters, Pam Heldenbrand (Stan) of Glasgow, KY and Karen Collier of Henderson, KY; and his caregiver Kenny Thompson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
