He is survived by: his wife Pamela Baize; his children, Amelia Dawn Baize, Kimberly Annette McGovern (David) and Chad Edward Baize (Jeanetta); and his sister Valerie Lickens. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
