He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Baxter and Lucille Baxter; and his brother David Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sons, Kenneth Marshall Baxter and Jeremy Baxter (Christy) of Henderson, Kentucky; his siblings, Barbara Whitman of Robards, Vivian Roos of Colorado and Richard Baxter (Jane) of Newburgh, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Judson Baxter and Natalie Baxter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
