E. Moore of Henderson, Kentucky and Toni Crawford of Henderson, Kentucky; and his aunts and uncles, Ronda Moore Smith of Corydon, Cathy Hazlewood of Henderson, Kentucky, Scott Moore of Henderson and Ronnie Watson of Henderson, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and many cousins.
