She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin D. Randolph; her parents, Welthy Williams and Carrie Mae Rice Williams; her sons, David Randolph and Dennis Randolph; and her siblings, Granvil Lee Williams, Kenneth R. Williams and Earline Williams Garris.
She is survived by: her son Denford Waide Randolph of Henderson, KY; her granddaughter Lacy Marie Hackney of Henderson, KY; her great grandchildren, Brynn Jayde Baker of Henderson, KY, Kaylor Powell of Henderson, KY and Gunnar Powell of Henderson, KY; and her siblings, Donald D. Williams of Greenville, KY, J. T. Williams of Graham, KY and Shirley Faye Williams Dockery of Greenville, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Cemetery Vernal Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (2923 Bards Hill Rd, Greenville, KY 42345).
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice in Henderson.
