She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Parker and Pearl Eades Parker; her husband Ben L. Nelson, Jr.; and her brother Charles A. "Sonny" Parker, III. She is survived by: her sons, Ben L. Nelson, III of Henderson, Kentucky and John Allen Nelson (Tina) of Henderson, Kentucky; her siblings, Wanda McDonald of Henderson, Betty Jo Noffsinger of Louisville, Nancy Childers of Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Donald R. "Donnie" Parker of Henderson, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Landon Isacc Nelson and Alicyn Mackenzie Nelson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many wonderful and close friends.
