It is with sadness that the passing of Marilyn Jones of Henderson, Kentucky is shared. Marilyn, born on April 13, 1956, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Burden and Alma Burden; her significant other Ricky Yates; and her siblings, Agnes Dunbar, Pauline Mayes, Carolyn Austin, Jr. and Tommy Burden.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Jones (Mandy), Clay Jones (Cassie), Christie Robertson, Jeremy Yates, Sandra Denton, Savannah and Kalona; her siblings, Etheline Stone, Christine Mayes, Crystal Thornsberry, Tana Tennes and Marvin Burden; and her grandchildren, Madison Spainhoward (Aaron), Chelsea Overfield (Colton), Courtney Moeser (Josh), Stephen Fulkerson (Hayley), Zachary Jones, Brittany Keister and Alexis Devault. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tomblinson Funeral Homes (325 1st St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the St. Peter's Cemetery.
