She was predeceased by: her parents, James Delbert Dempsey and Mary Lovina Floyd Dempsey; and her former husbands, Edward Owen "Bud" Richmond and Donie Wilson Majors. She is survived by: her husband Herman Roland Moman; her children, Krissie Dawn Kastle (William "Bill") of Evansville, Jason Owen Richmond (Jeff Cooksey) of Indianapolis, Jody Richmond (Jenny) of Henderson and Jessica Moman Able (Dan) of Louisville, Kentucky; her siblings, David "Jim" Dempsey (Brenda) of Springfield, Tennessee and Lisa Duncan-Hill of Henderson, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Colby Richmond, Kasey Jewell, Jackson Skelton, Haleigh Richmond, Logan Richmond, Caroline Able, Joshua Able and Teddy Able. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
