He is survived by: his children, Maurice W. Hay, Jr. (Rebecca), Carol of Henderson, KY, Tonja of Henderson, KY and Joette Hay of Henderson, KY; his granddaughter Maurisha Hay of Chattanooga, TN; his siblings, Katherine Woolfolk (Silas) of Providence, KY, Addie Hayden of Evansville, IN, Ira (Elise) of Henderson, KY, George (Patricia) of Henderson, KY, Leslie Hay of Henderson, KY, Cornelius (Charisse) of Evansville, IN and Larry Hay (Angela) of Evansville, IN; and his mothers-in-law, Pearl Banks (Donald, Sr.) and Velma Brown (LuLu). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
