She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Franklin and Opal Woodard (Benson); her former husband John Bruce Miller; and her siblings, Sandy Stone and Steve Woodard.

She is survived by: her husband Johnny Graves; her children, Heather Buckman (Billy) of Providence, KY, John Miller (Tara) of Henderson, KY and Elizabeth Lee (Kevin) of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Alex, John Shelby, Elijah, Mikey Buckman, Diane Parker, Hunter Wayne, Raeleigh Ann Miller, Grace, Emma and Mikaela Lee; and her siblings, Faye Hall of Henderson, KY and Walter "Butch" Woodard (Mary Anne) of Henderson, KY.. She is also survived by Several Nieces, nephews and cousins.

“So sad to realize that Diane is gone. I was unaware that she had died. I knew her many years ago when she lived in Corydon, just behind my parents. She worked at Redbanks when my dad was on the board there, and then while he was a resident there. She was so great and so comforting to him and to our family. Very sad to see a wonderful person leave us. Condolences to all the family. I was a classmate of her brother, Steve. They will both be missed. Nancy McDaniel Wilson”
