He is survived by: his wife Lisa Smithhart Hope of Henderson, KY; and his children, Lindsay Nelson (Daniel) of Robards, KY, Rachel Hall (Mike) of Louisville, KY, Scott Hope (Michelle) of Henderson, KY and Mike Pace (Melisa) of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
