He is survived by: his wife Cathy Thompson (Pugh); his daughters, Lisa Gurgol (Scott) and Julia Thompson Coulter (Samuel); his stepson Nathanial White; his grandson Rowan Gurgol; his niece Adrienne Owen (Dylan); his nephew Blaine Kerner (Linda); his friends, Keith and Rozani Staton; and his goddaughter Julia Staton.
